230kV East-West Tie Transmission Line

The new East-West Tie is an approximately 447km, double circuit, 230-kilovolt transmission line connecting the Wawa Transformer Station and the Lakehead Transformer Station.

INNOV8 POWER SOLUTIONS and two of its partners have been selected by DOMINO HighVoltage to supply key materials:

  • Hardware and fittings for Siemens suspension strings with composite/glass insulators and line surge arresters; supplier: Industrias ARRUTI

  • Implosive dead-ends and midspan joints; supplier: IMPLOSIVE SLEEVES Corp.
